Hanna Tomaszek
Volunteer Coordinator
Hanna is joining the Friends of the Verde River team as the Volunteer Coordinator through Northern Arizona University’s Environmental Literacy Corps program. She has been a dedicated Friends volunteer for several years and is thrilled to step into this new role with the organization.
Hanna brings a background in leadership development and nonprofit management. Born and raised in New Jersey, she has worked with a number of impactful organizations, including the American Red Cross. With a strong personal connection to the environment and the natural world, Hanna is excited to build her experience in conservation and nature-based work.
Outside of work, Hanna enjoys hiking, birding, floating the river with her pals, and cooking!
