Auction Dates: November 4 – December 5, 2024
Join us for our annual Online Silent Auction! From November 4 through December 5, 2024, you’ll have the opportunity to bid on one-of-a-kind items and experiences—all from the comfort of home. Featuring a curated selection of local art, handcrafted goods, exclusive experiences, and more, there’s something for everyone.
Every bid you place supports our mission to protect and preserve the Verde River. Funds raised from the auction will go directly to our conservation projects, helping to ensure a vibrant and resilient Verde River for future generations.
The auction will close on December 5, after our Fiesta de la Garza celebration. Don’t miss your chance to bid, support, and make a positive impact!
How to Bid on Items
Bidding on items is easy with the Givi App! Here is what you do to bid:
- Search for Givi in the App store on iOS or Google Play on Android
- Allow push notifications
- You can now browse items and swipe to bid, or tap your bidder number at the bottom of your screen to display your unique QR code to have an auction attendant scan to place your bid.
- Swipe to bid on items.
Winners and Payment
All winners will be charged automatically when the auction closes, December 5, 2024.
Picking Up Your Items
If you are present at our Fiesta event we encourage you to pick up your items(s) that evening. All items must be picked up during one of our pickup days after the auction closes. If you cannot make the pciup days you need to make arrangements to pick it up. Any item left in our office on January 1 with no plans for pickup will be “donated” back to Friends of the Verde River.
If you are out-of-state and want your item mailed to you, it will be your responsibility to pay the mailing fees.
