The Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce has committed to being River Friendly by educating the Public about the Verde River System, and the economic benefits of having a flowing river. These education programs such as Verde River Days, help improve community awareness of the Verde River. They have also committed to financially supporting on the ground projects.
